This modern, four-level West Coast B.C. home was designed to capture distant ocean views from the top floor while establishing a private urban oasis across the lower levels. This custom residence seamlessly blends contemporary West Coast architecture with a design that responds thoughtfully to its sloping urban site. Every element of the project was carefully considered, from the discreet integration of below-grade parking to preserve clean sight lines, to the use of concrete panel cladding, warm fir soffits, and low-slope roofs that define a crisp and restrained architectural palette.
